At European Wax Center, our goal is to spread awareness about different cultures, traditions and identities that reflect the diversity in our Corporate Team. To do this our DE&I Council provides regular learning sessions for our corporate associates to increase awareness and understanding. As part of celebrating Pride Month, our DE&I Council Member, Korrie Bovee, hosted a Pride Experience Panel which featured a group of panelists from our corporate team and franchise group. The goal of the panel session was to help foster an inclusive work environment and build empathy and trust through education and conversation. Some insights shared by our panelist included: - Behaviors that made our panelist feel safe & included in the workplace - What leaders can do to foster a safe environment for their associates- Thoughtful questions are welcomed, we are ALL learning & growing – give grace & be kind! Thank you, Stacie Harding, Alex Gandara-Morgan and Ryan Arnold-Kahana & Aaron Kahana for your vulnerability during the session and for sharing your lived experiences with us!

European Wax Center was a proud sponsor of this year’s Professional Beauty Association's Beacon Student Program at Premiere Orlando. In addition to being a sponsor, our Senior Field Trainer, Jamie Conner, attended the event where she shared details about her experience during a panel with industry icons and during breakout sessions with students. Jamie also hosted a session where she educated students on the value of goal setting and on the business side of beauty, as they begin their careers.Sponsoring the program was a great opportunity for us to support the beauty industry and remind students that European Wax Center is a career destination for waxing professionals.
